The Karnataka police have registered an FIR against the Paralympic Committee of India treasurer Gursharan Singh for allegedly forging signatures and fabricating documents, the PCI said today.
Gursharan allegedly wanted to run a parallel body to run paralympic sports in the country and applied for registration to the Registrar of Societies office at Bangalore, leading to the PCI lodging a complaint with the state police.
"We have lodged a complaint at Bangalore against Gursharan and an FIR has been registered against him. He wants to run a parallel body," PCI President Sultan Ahmed told PTI.
