The fire brigade office got a call at around 3.30 PM and six fire tenders were rushed to the site, Fire Station Officer A B Pandey said.

Fire tenders took around 60 minutes to douse the flames, he said, adding that no one was injured in the incident.

"Fire had started at the terrace of the factory where waste material were kept. There were old UPS, chairs, furniture and old computer parts. Dense smoke from the roof scared the employees working at that time. They all rushed out to safety," Pandey said.

The cause of the fire is being investigated, he said.
