Three fire-tenders were pressed into service to douse the flames, Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Vikas Kuamr said.
It was not immediately clear as to how the fire broke out in the godown, he said adding an investigation was going on.
There was no casualty or injury to any one in the blaze, Kumar said.
