A fire broke out in a hotel near the tourist hub of Dalgate here, damaging the top floor of the building.
No one was injured in the incident as the guests and the hotel staff were evacuated to safety as soon as the blaze broke out in the top storey of Hotel Kashmir in Kohna Khan area near Dalgate, fire officials said.
The blaze was put out by fire fighters. The cause of the fire is being ascertained, they said.
