President of city's BJP Kisan Morcha Subhash Choudhary has lodged an FIR with Bhanwarkuna police station in this regard.
"As per Choudhary's complaint, some unknown persons fired at his house in the wee hours today. While the window-panes of the house were damaged, nobody was injured in the incident," Thana in-charge Anand Yadav told PTI.
Following the incident, a police team was immediately rushed to the spot, he added.
Police suspect that the incident might be a fallout of a property dispute.
