Taking the 'bistro' concept to the domain of the printed word, the region got its first cafe-book store today where the coffee shop nestles amidst the shelves.

This is the first-of-its-kind Cafe in the city with the coolest collection of graphic novels, comic books and a well-stocked Penguin books section and board games, where one can pen down their thoughts or doodle on while savouring Asparagus Risotto, Risotto in Pesto Sauce with steaming and chilled tea or coffee, Chief STORYteller 'STORY' Sidharth Pansari said.

Some of the menu, introduced for the first time, included Mesclun tossed in Balsamic-mustard Vinaigretteh retaining the Parisian bistro touch for the rejuvenated book browsers.

"According to our customer's feedback, we thought it was best. Our main focus is to provide a menu targeting a book lover who is also a foodie. Why cuisine and literature - two forms of art can't merge at one place," he said.

STORY, the new bookstore is an initiative by the Primarc Group of Companies.
