"The arrested have been identified as Naeem, Abdul Sattar, Shahnawaz, Qasif and Rajpal," said SSP Praveen Kumar.
Rs 3 lakh in cash, 24 kg silver ornaments and some gold jewellery items were recovered from them, he added.
The arrested persons had allegedly decamped with the cash and jewellery from a house in Sector 11 here on April 30, police said.
