: A five-member gang of burglars, including three women, was nabbed by police just as they were about to break into a house in Singanallur area here today.
A police patrol noticed a gang waiting in front of a house in Chinniampalayam early this morning. On being questioned, they revealed that they were in the process of breaking into a house in the area to carry out burglary.
Based on their confession, all the five were arrested, police added.
