Five, including brother trio, killed in mishaps in Raj

Five persons, including three brothers, were killed in separate road accidents in Rajasthan's Udaipur and Alwar districts, police said today.

Three brothers were killed and another person was injured as their motorcycle crashed into a pillar in Jhalra police station area in Udaipur when they were returning home from their sister's house last night, police said.

The deceased were identified as Heera Meena (23) and twins Prakash Meena and Punia Meena (both 24), they said, adding the injured person is being treated at a hospital.

In another mishap in Alwar sadar police station area last night, two persons Ishwar and Sandeep Yadav were killed when an unidentified heavy vehicle hit their motorcycle.
 

Ishwar was a police constable posted at Kathumar police station in Alwar, police said, adding, the bodies have been handed over to their families after post mortem.
