The women were injured when their vehicle collided with another on the highway at Samba this morning, police said.
In the second incident, Naresh Kumar, an engineer in a government department, was critically injured when his car was hit by a tempo at Nandni, they said.
The driver of the tempo was arrested and a case has been registered.
