The mishap took place this morning on the Delhi-Dehradun national highway, about 20 kms from here, they said, adding that the deceased have been identified as Vishal, Akhtar Narender, Pawan Kumar and Nishad.
The injured were admitted to a nearby hospital in critical condition, they said.
