: Five members of a family were killed and three others injured when their car collided with a lorry at Kareelakulangara near here, police said today.
The family, including a 10-year-old boy and two women, met with the tragedy last night when they were on their way home after a function in Kollam, they said.
Three of them died last night while two others breathed their last this morning, they said.
The three injured were admitted to a private hospital in Kochi, police added.
