Five missing as bus falls into river in China

Five people were reported missing after a bus carrying 24 tourists fell into a river in east China today.

Two of the seven people initially listed missing have been found and being provided emergency treatment, officials of the Hua'an County in Fujian Province said.

Twenty-six people were on the bus, including a driver and a tour guide. The rest were tourists from Taiwan, state-run Xinhua news agency said.

County officials confirmed all the missing are from Taiwan.

The injured have been admitted to an area hospital.
