Six young Yoga instructors have given a flash performance of yoga movements in a metro rail compartment in southwestern China's Chongqing city, after Chinese official media began giving it big build up after the May visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
These professional and energetic young yoga enthusiasts entered the metro compartments and started doing advanced moves of yoga to the amazement of the passengers on the train, state-run People's Daily Online reported.
They are doing this to promote yoga practice and to raise the awareness of a healthy lifestyle, it said.

Yoga is becoming more and more popular among Chinese people as they are now living a material life and some of them are trying to seek better health and spiritual life amid widespread materialism, the report said.
Though Yoga has been popular in China for many years, it received an official sanction after Chinese Premier Li Keqiang appeared along with Modi at an event to demonstrate Yoga and Chinese martial art Taichi in Beijing during Modi's visit here.
Thousands also took part in events held all over China during UN's first International Yoga Day held on June 21.
The daily also carried photos of the Yoga instructors demonstrating their skills amid crowd of passengers in a small space inside the metro.
