Flats burgled near CM's residence in Goa

Some miscreants entered two flats near the residence of the Chief Minister last night, Mapusa police said, adding that the incident occurred when occupants of the flats were away to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi at their native place.

"According to the initial estimate, goods and cash worth Rs 35 lakh have been stolen from both the premises," a police official said.
