Follow T3 mantra: CM to OPTCL recruits

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today told the new recruits of the state owned Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) to follow the T3 (team work, transparency and technology) mantra.

Patnaik said the recruits should work as a team in a transparent manner by using technology to serve the people and the state. He also praised the management of OPTCL for their expeditious recruitment drive.

Patnaik gave away the appointment letters to the recruits while attending the induction programme.

Energy Minister Sushant Singh announced that the chief minister has approved the implementation of Seventh Pay Commission Recommendation for employees of OPTCL.

Energy secretary and CMD OPTCL, Hemand Sharma said said OPTCL has been implementing Rs 3,843 crore Odisha Distribution System Strengthening Project (ODSSP) funded by state.

 

Sharma claimed that System Availability of OPTCL is 99.99 per cent, which is highest in the country.
