Parts of Rajasthan witnessed light to moderate rainfall since yesterday till this morning with the MeT department forecasting heavy to very heavy rainfall tomorrow.
Shahpura in Jaipur and Baswa in Dausa recorded 5 cm rains whereas, Pilani (Jhunjhunu), Pahari (Bharatpur) and Rajakhera (Dholpur) received 4 cm of rains each.
Many other places recorded rains up to 3 cm during the period whereas, Ajmer, Jaipur, Kota, Pilani, Dabok, Jodhpur and Churu recorded 29.6 mm, 22.9 mm, 12.2 mm, 5.8 mm, 1 mm, 0.5 mm and 0.4 mm rains respectively.
The MeT department has sounded a warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall in the eastern parts and heavy rainfall in the western parts of the state tomorrow.
