The MeT Department today forecast light to moderate rains in different parts of West Bengal for the next two days even as the state received scant rain during the day with the exception of Asansol and Darjeeling.
Asansol received 94.1 mm rainfall, the highest in the state today, the MeT Department said, adding that Darjeeling hills received 74 mm rainfall.
The other parts of the state received little or no rain today, the MeT Department said.
