Former BSP district chief and three others have been arrested for opening fire during a clash in Kasoliya village here, police said today
Ramesh Chandra, former BSP district president and three others were arrested yesterday for the firing during a clash between two groups, Station officer Jaithera, Kailsh Chandra Dubey said.
As per the complaint filed by Shyama Devi, Chandra along with some others had come to the village for settling a dispute but ended up having a heated argument with her son Manoj, following which the accused started firing, he said.

A case was registered against 12 persons under relevant sections of IPC in the incident, police said, adding further investigations are on.
