Former Miss Nevada Katherine Nicole Rees was arrested for allegedly selling and being in possession of meth.

The former beauty pageant alum, who gave up her crown in 2007 after her sexually explicit photos surfaced online, was charged with multiple felonies including trafficking in a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act, reported Ace Showbiz.

The legal paper filed in the Las Vegas Justice Court read that Katherine, 30, sold meth to someone identified as J Peacock in September before she was found in possession of 5.3 grams of meth a month later.

The complaint further claimed that she conspired with "unknown co-conspirators".

An arrest warrant of USD 50,000 was issued for her on July 8.

In the past Katherine said that she was not using any kinds of drugs. However, contrary to her claims she was pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a drug in 2012 and was ordered to stay out of problem and undergo drug counselling.

According to court records, Katherine managed to complete the counseling.
