Former Naxalite leader Ashim Chatterjee today met West Bengal BJP president Rahul Sinha.
Party leaders said Chatterjee came to meet Sinha at his office during the day, but refused to elaborate on the purpose of the meeting.
Chatterjee, an alumnus of Presidency College, had played an important role in the Naxalbari movement.
However, he later parted ways with the CPI(ML) to form the Communist Revolutionary League of India (CRLI).
