Expressing concern over repeated unruly scenes in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly, a people's forum today said it will stage a protest against the course of events that have been unfolding in the House.

"We have decided to organise strong protest on happenings in the Legislative Assembly to make people aware of the behaviour of our elected representatives," Jammu Province People's Forum president Thakur Pavitter Singh said here.

He said the behaviour of elected representatives inside the House was totally uncalled for, alleging that the government does not seem to be concerned over the matter.

The forum also seeks to know the stand of the government over the happenings in the Assembly, he said.
