Special CBI Judge S Lal sent the four to Dasna jail till June 14.
The four who were sent to jail are UP Processing and Construction Cooperative Federation's former Managing Director V K Choudhury, Chief Engineer M M Tripathi, Superintending Engineer A K Srivastava and Assistant Engineer Vipul Kumar Gupta.
The CBI had earlier in the day produced the accused in the special court and sought their judicial custody.
The accused were arrested last month in connection with alleged corruption in the upgradation of 89 district hospitals in Uttar Pradesh under NRHM.
