The arrested have been identified as Sunil Kumar, Nitin Thakur, Mazhar Ahmad and Tehrina Begum, residents of Meerut.
SSP Preshant Kumar said that trader Vasim Khan had handed Rs 51,200 and his car to the accused on Monday and returned to his hometown.
Khan had visited the house of accused Sunil Kumar's sister earlier where his objectionable photographs along with two girls were taken, he said.
The four were produced before a court here which sent them to 14 days judicial custody.
