Pawan Kumar was stabbed to death on September 20 outside his residence in Madangir area after he and his friend had a quarrel with the four men who where allegedly "staring" at their female relatives.
Police said they had arrested Vijay, 24, Darpan, 34, Mahesh Kumar, 32 and Ajay Kumar 30.
Police said the four men were peeping inside Naresh's house and when he objected, a fight broke out.
Naresh was gravely injured in the fight and his brother Sanjay and his friend Pawan as well as some neighbours of the victims were also embroiled in the scuffle.
While one of the accused attacked Naresh, another stabbed Pawan on his head.
Pawan was rushed to the AIIMS Trauma Centre but was declared brought dead.
