Four youths have been arrested in connection with the murder of a cousin of a Samajwadi Party leader in Kavi Nagar area here last week, police said today.
Victim, Kapil Yadav, cousin of SP youth wing national secretary Vinod Yadav, was shot when he was crossing a road on National Highway-24 on the night of May 6.
The arrested persons are -- Sachin Yadav, Rohit, Prince and Divyansh, and two pistols, and a car used during the crime were also recovered from them, SHO Kavi Nagar, Arun Kumar said.
Sachin later claimed that there was some enmity going on between the two families, due to which he allegedly along with other men killed Kapil, Kumar said.
