Four persons were arrested and 3 kg charas was seized from their possession near Khampur village near here, police said today.
Acting on a tip off, police arrested Munnilal, Shamsher, Rampal and Baburam yesterday and seized charas, a banned contraband, from them, SHO Chaman Singh Chawda said .
An FIR has been registered under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) in this connection, Chawda added.
According to the SHO, accused has confessed that they were active in smuggling drugs from Uttrakhand to UP.
