According to the complaint lodged by the victim's uncle Rajinderpal yesterday, the girl was married to Jaswinder Singh under the pressure of her father Shamsher Bahadur Singh and mother Parveen Kaur, Phagwara SP Harkamalpreet Singh Khakh said.
A case under various sections of 'Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006' was registered against the trio, he said.
Further probes are on into the case.
