Four dead in three road accidents in Indore

Four persons, including a woman, were killed and a person was seriously injured in three separate accidents in the city, police said today.

A man and his son were killed near Devguradia, 15 km away from here last night, when a speeding dumper-truck hit their motorcycle. Both of them died on the spot, Khudail police station in-charge B P Verma said.

The deceased were identified as Harisingh (60) and Yeshwant (38), he said, adding that the dumper driver fled from the spot with the vehicle.

In another incident, an unidentified vehicle hit two persons riding a motorbike last night, killing Dilip (35), one of them, on the spot. The other man was admitted in the government-run M Y Hospital.
 

While, a 30-year-old woman was killed when a car in which she was travelling overturned near Budania village last night, Hatod police station in-charge S R Ucharia said.

After the accident, the other passengers of the car fled from the spot, leaving behind the vehicle and the woman, he said, adding that the woman was yet to be identified.
