Acting on a tip-off, the STF officials arrested Ram Balak Patel, Arvind, Sona Devi and Lakshmi Devi yesterday with the contraband worth about Rs 80 lakh in the international market, they said.
Later, during interrogation, the accused confessed to their involvement in smuggling narcotics substance from Nepal into India.
