Acting on a tip off, police raided a hideout and arrested the four extorists with Rs 22 lakh, a jeep and a motorcyle, Senior Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar said.
The recovered cash was reportedly collected by the extortionists from a road construction company, he said.
