One FIR each has been registered at Kotwali and Shahpur police stations, while two FIRs have been lodged at the secretariat police station in this connection, Director General of Police (DGP) Abhayanand said.
The investigation in all four FIRs will be carried out jointly, he said.
Abhayanand said the Bihar police had deployed 12 camera persons to record the violent activities on the streets of the state capital even as the electronic news channels have been asked to make available their footage for identification of the marauders.
Patna's Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Amrit Raj said about 10 to 15 persons have been identified in connection with yesterday's violence, while efforts were underway to identify the remaining culprits.
No arrest has been made as yet, he said.
