Locals were enjoying dance performances at the pandal when the blast took place around 8 PM, they said.
The four injured were rushed to a local hospital where condition of two is stated to be serious.
The blast took place just few metres away from Udalgiri police station and the bus stand.
No militant group has so far taken responsibility for the blast.
