The locals saw the bomb shell in a drain at Morga Morh in Samba district and informed the police about it, they said.
The police rushed to the spot along with Bomb Disposal Squad and recovered the one-feet-long bomb, -PUM 51A mark, weighing four kg, they said.
The rusted bomb has been removed from the spot but not defused so far, they added.
