Fourteen persons of a Koli family were going from Mahuva town to Somnath in the van when it collided head-on with the truck coming from the opposite side, they said.
Three women and the van driver were killed on the spot.
The injured were rushed to Veraval civil hospital, they said, adding that further investigations are on.
