A man was killed and three others were injured when the tractor in which they were crossing the track was hit by Sambalpur-Puri Inter-City Express at Kumkagaon in Sambalpur district yesterday, they said.
The deceased at the mishap that took place at an unmanned level crossing was identified as Kanhu Mirdha, who was driving the tractor.
In another incident near Belpahar in Jharsuguda district, three youhths were killed after being run over by a train while crossing the tracks on Saturday night, they said quoting a delayed report.
