The mishap took place at Simrol Ghat.
All deceased were male and were travelling in the bus, which was on its way to Indore from Omakareshwar, a religious place, 77 km from here, R S Shaktawat, Senior Inspector of Simrole Police Station, told PTI over phone.
The injured were rushed to hospitals, including M Y Hospital here, Shaktawat said.
