At least four persons died in a road accident when a truck hit a motorcycle on which they were travelling in Odisha's Mayurbhanj district, the police said.
The accident took place on Thakurmunda-Anandapur Road near Chinbeda under Mahuladhia police station area this afternoon, said Ramesh Parida, the sub-divisional police officer (SDPO), Karanjia.
Parida said all four died on the spot after the two-wheeler was hit from behind and their identity was not ascertained till evening.
