Kafeel-u-Rehman (40), his wife Mehmooda Begum and son Umar Kafeel and driver Mohammad Mansha (30) were found dead yesterday in the car which had plunged into a 400 meter gorge near Kralpora on hilly Kupwara-Karnah road, police said.
It was not immediately known when the accident occurred. However, preliminary investigations revealed that the four had left from their home in Karnah to Kupwara on October 6.
"All the four bodies had been sent to police station Karnah for further disposal," police said, adding a case has been registered and further investigations are on.
