Two children and a woman were among four people killed in a clash that broke out between families of two brothers in northwest Pakistan today, police said.
They said a "small domestic dispute" between the two families, in Danga area of Battagram district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, had led to the fight.
The sons of Abdul Latif and Abdul Jaleel, both brothers, opened fire at each other. Jaleel's son and Latif's wife and two grandsons were killed in the firing, the police said.
Two others were wounded in the firing and had to be hospitalised, they said.
Police investigations were on.
