Four killed in motorcycle collision

Four persons were killed when the two motorcycles they were travelling in hit head-on in Kammunoor village of the district, police said today.

B Srinivas (25) and V Rajasekhar(18), both residents of Tungoor village in Karimnagar, were returning home from Kalamadugu in Adilabad district last night when their bike dashed into another motorcycle travelling from opposite direction near Kammunoor village, around 70 kms from here, Dharmapuri circle inspector G Venkataramana said.

The two occupants on the other motorcycle, B Prashanth (30) and B Rajanna (28), both belonging to Jannaram mandal in Adilabad, collided head-on at a high speed with the another bike resulting in on spot death of three persons.
 

Rajasekhar, who sustained serious wounds died while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Jagtial.

All the bodies were sent for post mortem at Jagtial government hospital, he said, adding that further probe was on.
