Four killed in separate accidents in Bareilly

Three men on a motorcycle died after their vehicle lost balance and rammed into a divider on Pilibhit bypass, police said on Sunday.

They sustained head injuries as they were not wearing helmets, Superintendent of Police (city) Ravindra Kumar said.

In another incident on Bhuta-Bareilly road, a truck hit a motorcycle, making four people injured.

Police sent the injured for treatment to Bareilly, where Khushnaseeb (28) and her six-month-old daughter Alisha succumbed to their injuries.

The other two injured were still hospitalised, the police said.
