The incident took place at Kuchiyana village, about 24 km from here, when the family members were fast asleep, they said, adding all four died on the spot.
The deceased were identified as Punna Mallah (58), Ranga (13), Somwati (10) and Ambrish (08), police said.
A case has been registered and further probe was on.
