Four militants nabbed

Four KPLT militants were

apprehended by a joint police and CRPF team today and arms recovered from them in central Assam's Karbi Anglong district, a top police official said.

During a joint operation by the security forces the four Karbi Peoples Liberation Tigers extremists were nabbed between Dokmoka and Bokolia, district Superintendent of Police M J Mahanta told PTI.

The have been identified as Babu Teron alias Malong , Jadav Lekthe, Sanjay Kro and Amol Kro, Mahanta said.

Sixteen rounds of AK series rifle ammunitions, six mobile sets and KPLT extortion letters were recovered from them.
