Four Naxals were arrested at
separate places in Chhattisgarh's Maoist-hit Bastar region, police said today.
Two cadres - Vijay Uikey (38) and Samru Mahavir Uikey (45) - were apprehended by a joint squad of Border Security Force and district force during a search operation in the restive forests under Kiskoda police station limits last evening, Kanker Superintendent of Police RN Dash told PTI.

The security personnel were cordoning off Khairkatta forests, located around 250 kms from the state capital, when they spotted two men hiding in the forest to keep a tab on the movement of security forces following which they were nabbed, he said.
Later, the duo admitted to being involved in the banned movement as local cadres, Dash said.
In another incident, two rebels were arrested by security personnel from Bijapur district.
Matti Ram Babu (32) and Dubba Shetthi (30) were nabbed from Madded police station area last evening, a senior police official said, adding that the insurgents are being interrogated.
