Four persons arrested for murdering two construction workers

Police today arrested four people for allegedly killing two construction workers out of previous enmity in the suburban Santacruz.

The accused hacked Nadeem Khatri and Ghulam Abbas to death with choppers near a construction site last evening, said a police officer attached to the Santacruz police station.

The accused were identified as Mausin Yasin (36), Sachin Pawar (34), Sonu Hzara (19) and Sanjay Teenghutte(21).

They fled from the spot after killing Nadeem and Ghulam and were nabbed by a special team of police this morning.

Further probe is underway.
