The victims had boarded the New Delhi bound Brahmaputra Mail from New Jalpaiguri station but when they reached Malda station early in the morning, security officials found them lying unconscious in a coach.
They all have been hospitalised after the incident, police said adding that the passengers have been robbed of Rs 10,000 in cash, gold chain and a mobile phone.
