Four persons, suspected to have swine flu, die in Indore

Four persons including three women, suspected to be suffering from swine flu, died here today.

A sixteen-year-old girl, two women who were 24 and 34 years old respectively and a 39-year-old man died during the treatment, said Dr Sanjay Dixit, dean of the government-run Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College here.

Two of them were from Indore, one from Dewas and another from Khargone district.

Reports of their swab samples are yet to be received, Dr Dixit said.

Since January 1, there have been 18 confirmed swine flu patients in city hospitals, of which seven died.
