Kim goes to Katihar district as Superintendent of police, ADG (Headquarter) Ravindra Kumar said.
Incumbent Katihar Superintendent of police Lalan Kumar has been transferred to Nawada district in same capacity, Kumar said.
Commandant of Bihar Military Police (BMP-1) Anand Kumar Singh was made New SP of Naugachhia police district, he said.
Naugachhia SP Jayant Kumar would replace Kim as Patna city SP, Kumar added.
