Four people, including three children, suffered minor burn injuries, under Banganga area here, after the underground CNG pipeline of Avantika Gas Ltd developed a leakage, police said.
The leakage started during the road digging operation. However, a bigger mishap was averted as the valve of the pipeline was turned off and the fire brigade doused the flames immediately, Banganga Police Station in charge Yogeshsinh Tomar said.
Three school children and another person suffered minor burns and were discharged from hospital after treatment.
